But Wait – What is a CEO DAY?

A CEO Day is a day you set aside at least once a year* to find your focus, set big goals, and map out your game plan for the year ahead. It’s dedicated time to work on your business. On this day, you give your vision the attention it deserves, and in just one day you’ll have a game plan for the next 12 months.

*You get extra CEO points if you hold mini-CEO Days once a month.

3 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO EVERY CEO DAY

1) Look at your money.

Where is your money coming from? What are your top-performing revenue streams? How do you feel about money? Are you using it to build a life and business that you love?

2) Run your numbers.

After looking at your money numbers, it’s time to look at the other important numbers in your business. These can include any metrics you’re tracking and KPIs (key performance indicators). For example, your email marketing, social media, and website statistics.

3) Make your plan.

Review the projects and progress you’ve made since your last CEO Day. Note your major accomplishments, the lessons you learned, and any projects that are still in progress or that you haven’t started but want to. Once you’ve decided what you will focus on next, it’s time to create a plan that includes timelines, resources, and key results.

You’ll begin by examining your money attitudes and stories, and by setting a money goal. Because this is business – you’re here to make money with the impact you want to make!

STEP 3: VALUES + INTENTIONS

Determine how to align the way you run your business with who you are and what you value, so the work you do always feels good. You’ll also discover how to stay motivated by using intentions to explore and grow as a business owner and super boss human.

STEP 4: CRAFTING YOUR DREAM JOB

You’d be surprised how revisiting your job title, roles, and duties can create big shifts for your business vision and daily actions, and in this step you’ll lay it all out, so you can identify your worth and see where you may need help.

STEP 5: BUSINESS MODEL

Get clear on what you offer and how you sell what you do, so that you can efficiently attract, engage, and sell what you offer to your dream customers.

STEP 6: KNOW YOUR NUMBERS

A boss has a clear picture on their income, expenses, and profit, and in this step you will lay it all out, get comfortable with the numbers that make your business run, and discover how to use those numbers to make informed decisions that drive your business forward.

STEP 7: REVENUE + MARKETING

Your money flow is directly tied to your marketing efforts. In this step, we combine the two to get a clear picture on the actions you need to take to create the business, offerings, and revenue you desire, month after month.
