New Orleans has come to feel like the unofficial home of Being Boss. The food, the architecture, the history, the atmosphere: it’s equal parts grit, beauty, and magic – and it doesn’t take itself too seriously. Also, gumbo.
Join us while we wander the French Quarter and take some time to soak up the city, meet up with boss friends – old and new, and tap into some new business inspiration.
We know that being boss all by your lonesome is hard. And we know that connecting, sharing, and having some face-time with other bosses makes all of this so much more worth it.
It would be our pleasure to connect with you in this beautiful, historic, and happening city!
#BeingBossNOLA is a vacation for bosses who want to experience the city of New Orleans, hang out with fellow bosses, and spend a bit of time getting real with their business. It’s a trip all about the work/life blend, leaving you plenty of opportunity to work on your business as well as live (and love!) the life your business is giving you!
There will be a mix of organized activities and plenty of play time to explore the city.

“[It is] a totally BOSS experience, full of woo, encouragement, laughter, and wonderfully infectious energy!”
– Jem G, comic book artist and total boss
“It was the perfect-sized group – big enough that there were plenty of new faces to meet the whole weekend, but intimate enough that I didn’t feel overwhelmed.”
– Evan Quinn, creative identity agent and total boss
“I loved getting to meet familiar faces from the online community and having the time to slow down and spend meaningful, quality time with these new friends instead of rushing from speaker to speaker or from one workshop to the next. Being Boss NOLA was relaxing and enlightening. I feel really inspired for 2016!”
– Caitlin Horton, brand strategist and total boss
