What

The Being Boss Conference is a 2.5 day conference for business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs filled with speaker sessions, panels, live podcast recordings, cocktail parties, and more. For example, a parade!

This epic boss event will begin with an afternoon happy hour registration party where you will meet fellow bosses, connect IRL, and get the dish for the days to come.

Then, you’ll find your groove in an expert-led, hands-on creative workshop, where you can flex that right brain and add an amazing new skill to your toolbelt.

On days 2 + 3, we get down to business, with keynote speakers, live podcast recordings, and breakout sessions that will help you be boss!

Then we’ll wrap it all up with a boss celebration, because you are awesome – you show up and do the work! And a proper boss celebration isn’t just a party, it’s a festival of glitter, suspenders, wigs, and wings as we are escorted through the streets of the French Quarter with a brass band in our own Boss Parade!

The Being Boss Conference is designed and curated with business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs in mind. If you identify and want to connect with a community of fun-loving, badass business bosses, learn more about what it means to show up and do the work to make money doing work you love, and explore the magic of New Orleans, then this conference is for you!

Whether you’re a total baby boss or have years of your entrepreneurial journey under your belt, this conference is here to help you rise to the next boss level!

(Though, this conference isn’t strictly family-friendly. We drink and curse, like good little sailors, so ages 18+ are preferred.)

Where should I stay?

If you’re reading this, we haven’t finalized our venue just yet, but we will very soon! Once our venue is finalized, we will send out recommendations for accommodations.

Is there a room block?

There will be! We will let you know as soon as it’s available.

How can I connect with fellow attendees/find a roommate?

The best way to connect with fellow bosses attending the conference is in our Being Boss Community. In that space there is a private group specifically for attendees where you can connect, chat, and make plans.

What is the closest airport?

The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is 11 miles west of downtown New Orleans.

What’s your refund policy?

We offer no refunds. However, we’re happy to transfer your ticket to a buyer that you find up to two weeks before the event. Please email events@beingboss.club with your transfer details.

What is the schedule? Who’s speaking?

We will release speakers in a couple of rounds leading up to the event, as well as schedule details. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates before you purchase. All attendees are automatically added to our list to receive updates.
